Blissful Belly Pancakes

Blissful Belly Pancakes Directions:

(We eat these healthy pancakes almost every day!)

In a blender or in a mixing bowl, combine: 4 organic eggs (lightly beaten)
1 ripe banana or 1 cup shredded apple
cup of cottage cheese
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tbsp of cinnamon
1 cup large oat flakes
cup Baby Brain Organics mix (Yummy Tummy or Buddha Belly)

Oil frying pan with coconut oil or canola oil. Use medium heat.

Drop mixture into heated pan one giant spoonful at a time. Flip when pancake bubbles or when other side starts to brown.

Enjoy immediately or refrigerate and pop in the toaster tomorrow.
